Knee Pain Treatment

Advanced regenerative solutions for knee pain and joint degeneration.

Overview

Knee pain can make walking, climbing stairs, exercising, and even getting out of a chair more difficult. It may follow an injury, develop from repetitive strain, or become more noticeable as the joint changes over time. Because the knee contains cartilage, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and joint surfaces, the same symptom can have very different causes. Alliance Regenerative evaluates the whole picture before recommending treatment. Your provider considers where the pain occurs, what movements trigger it, how long it has been present, previous treatment, health history, and available imaging. This helps determine whether regenerative care may support recovery and function.

Understanding Knee Pain

Knee symptoms may include aching, stiffness, swelling, reduced range of motion, weakness, or discomfort during activity. Existing Alliance content identifies osteoarthritis, joint degeneration, tendon and ligament injuries, overuse, sports injuries, inflammation, and slow healing as common musculoskeletal concerns. Not every knee problem is treated the same way. Acute fractures, certain major ligament injuries, and conditions requiring surgical management may fall outside the role of PRP or other office-based regenerative treatments. The consultation is designed to clarify those differences

Conditions We Treat

  • Osteoarthritis
  • Meniscus tears
  • ACL and MCL ligament injuries
  • Patellar tendinitis
  • Bursitis
  • IT band syndrome
  • Cartilage damage

Our Regenerative Approach

No single treatment is appropriate for every cause of back pain. Your plan is built around the findings of the evaluation and may include one or more Alliance services.

  • PRP concentrates growth factors from your own blood and may be considered for selected joint, soft-tissue, disc, or sacroiliac concerns when clinically appropriate.
  • Stem Cell Therapy may be considered for selected degenerative or inflammatory conditions

What to Expect

  • Your consultation begins with a review of your symptoms, activity level, previous injuries, medications, and treatment history. The provider may review imaging and assess how the knee moves and responds to load.
  • If treatment is recommended, the team explains the procedure, expected soreness or downtime, activity guidance, and follow-up schedule. Some patients may be candidates for one treatment, while others may need a series or a combined plan. Individual results vary.
