What Is the SEMORELIN?

Sermorelin is a synthetic growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, consisting of the first 29 amino acids of the naturally occurring GHRH molecule. This truncated version retains full biological activity, making it one of the most widely used peptides for stimulating natural growth hormone (GH) production. Sermorelin is classified as a secretagogue —it does not supply growth hormone directly, but instead prompts the pituitary to produce more GH on its own,preserving normal feedback loops and reducing risk of suppression.

How It Works

Sermorelin binds to GHRH receptors in the anterior pituitary, initiating a signaling cascade via cAMP (cyclic AMP) that triggers the release of endogenous GH.
