Hyaluronic Acid Therapy
The body's natural hydration molecule delivered where you need it most.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Ipamorelin is self-administered via a small subcutaneous injection, typically before bed. Most patients report improved sleep quality within the first few weeks, followed by enhanced recovery and gradual improvements in body composition over 3-6 months.
WHAT IS HYALURONIC ACID?
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring polysaccharide found in the skin, connective tissue, and joint fluid. Its primary function is to retain water it can hold up to 1,000 times its own weight in water, making it one of the most effective hydrating and lubricating molecules in the body.
As we age, our natural HA production declines. In the skin, this leads to loss of volume, elasticity, and moisture. In joints, reduced HA means less synovial fluid increased friction, stiffness, and pain. At Alliance Regenerative Medicine, we use pharmaceutical-grade HA as part of our skin rejuvenation and joint support protocols
HOW WE USE HYALURONIC ACID
With Microneedling (Skin Rejuvenation): Applied topically during microneedling, HA is absorbed deeply through micro-channels into the dermis. Here it plumps fine lines, restores volume, improves skin firmness, and creates an intensely hydrated, youthful appearance. This is a cornerstone of our Skin & Hair Restoration program.
As a Joint Viscosupplement: HA injections into arthritic or inflamed joints supplement the body's natural synovial fluid restoring lubrication, reducing friction, and relieving pain. Often paired with PRP injections for enhanced joint healing.
Benefits
Skin: Significant improvement in hydration, plumpness, and fine line reduction
Skin: Enhanced absorption and effectiveness of PRP and GHK-Cu during microneedling
Joints: Improved lubrication and cushioning in arthritic joints
Joints: Reduced inflammation and pain with continued use
Overall: Supports the extracellular matrix the structural foundation of all connective tissue
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Dermal fillers are often HA-based but are injected to add volume in specific areas. Our topical HA (used with microneedling) works differently it hydrates and supports the skin from within through natural absorption channels.

For skin rejuvenation, HA is used as part of each microneedling session (typically 3-6 sessions). For joint viscosupplementation, a series of 3-5 weekly injections is common.
